MINIMUM AGE

It is our studio’s policy that we do not tattoo people under the age of 18 years, even with parental consent. ID will be required. No ifs, buts or maybes, sorry!

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are the most important step in the tattoo process. You are most welcome to come in to the studio for a quote and a brief discussion about tattoo ideas and designs. In many cases, a proper sit-down ½ hour consult/sketch is not required, unless the tattoo is a purely one off and needs to be hand drawn for you specifically. If so, please request a booking for a free consultation with the artist of your choice and allow 1 – 2 weeks prior to your desired tattoo appointment.

BOOKINGS

Bookings are essential so that we can allocate the appropriate time for each and every one of our clients to receive a first class service. Absolutely no bookings will be made via Facebook, Instagram or Email. *Exceptions for those who are from interstate/overseas.

DEPOSITS

The minimum deposit is $100 and is a must to secure your booking.. Deposits are held and deducted from your final session. They may not be used at any earlier appointments.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Cancellations within 48 hours of a booking may result in forfeit of deposit. Please give the studio at least 2 days' notice if you are rescheduling. Cancelations will not be accepted via Voicemail, Instagram or Facebook.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept EFTPOS, PayPal or cash in the studio for your convenience.

TATTOOS WE DON'T DO

We do not tattoo pregnant woman or underage people with or without the consent of their parents.

AFTERCARE

We offer aftercare and instructions in studio. Any information you need about looking after your tattoo can be found on our leaflet on the front desk; free for you to take and read.
